What Unplain Hub is

Unplain Hub is a paid social media management service from Unplain Media, operated by S&D Casey Bros Ltd and available worldwide. It is where your content is planned, created, approved, scheduled and reported on.

Social media accounts are connected through PostForMe, our publishing partner, using each platform's own sign-in. We never ask for your social media passwords.

You need an Unplain Hub account

Access is by invitation. Unplain Media creates your account and sends you an email to set your password. If you haven't received it, check your spam folder or email us.

Cancelling your subscription

There is no cancel button in the Hub. To cancel your subscription, email info@unplainmedia.com from the email address on your account. Cancelling stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law or agreed by us.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Your account and content stay in place unless you separately ask us to delete them.

Deleting your account

There is no delete button in the Hub. To delete your account, email info@unplainmedia.com from the email address on your account. After we receive your request, your content and personal data are permanently deleted after 7 days. Contact us within those 7 days if you change your mind.

Invoices, payment records and the customer details needed on them are not part of this deletion. We keep them as long as Cyprus and EU tax, VAT and accounting law require, and to establish or defend legal claims. We never store payment card details.
