Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Unplain Hub ("the Service"), provided by Unplain Media, trading under S&D Casey Bros Ltd (Registration HE429874, VAT (CY) 60034010C), a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.

Accounts are created or invited by Unplain Media or by a workspace administrator. Public self-signup is not enabled in the current version of the Service.

Your account and workspace

You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

Workspaces are isolated. Agency staff can access clients within their own workspace. Client users can access their own business's content, reports and billing. You must not attempt to access data outside your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purposes; upload content that infringes the rights of others; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; publish content that violates social platform policies; or use the Service to send spam or misleading content.

Unplain Media may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

Your content

"Content" includes brand profiles, briefs, captions, images, videos, uploaded media, schedules and any other material you submit to the Service.

You retain ownership of your Content. By submitting it, you grant Unplain Media and its service providers a limited licence to process, store and transmit your Content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload Content and to send it to third-party providers, including AI model providers and publishing partners.

Generated content may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing all generated and scheduled content before it is published. Unplain Media is not liable for content published through the Service.

AI generation and third-party models

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate text and images. Generation may use third-party model providers, including OpenAI, or built-in providers.

When a third-party provider such as OpenAI is used, your prompts, brand information and Content may be processed by that provider. Under OpenAI's data-sharing arrangements, content sent through certain accounts may be used to train and improve OpenAI's models. Built-in generation is not used for model training.

If you manage clients, you are responsible for disclosing this processing to your clients, obtaining any necessary consents, and allowing clients to opt out of third-party model providers where appropriate.

Unplain Media does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, original or fit for purpose.

Social accounts and publishing

When you connect a social account, you authorise the Service to publish and retrieve results through authorised publishing partners using the platform's official authorisation process.

You are responsible for complying with each social platform's terms and policies. Unplain Media is not responsible for content rejected, removed or actioned by a social platform.

Publishing may fail for reasons outside our control, including platform limits, policy changes or provider outages. We will surface known failures in the Service but cannot guarantee successful publication on any third-party platform.

You can disconnect a social account at any time.

Client management and approvals

If you operate as an agency, you are responsible for the clients you add and the permissions you grant within your workspace. You must ensure your clients agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy where required.

Client users have restricted access and can approve, reject, request changes, view their own reports and billing, and raise support requests. Client users cannot publish, edit billing configuration or access other businesses.

Billing and payment

Fees, retainers, quotes and invoices are managed within the Service and are charged in euros (EUR) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment processing is handled by our payment providers, including Stripe and Viva Wallet. You agree to pay applicable fees on time and to provide valid payment information.

Invoices are payable according to their terms. Unpaid invoices may result in suspension of access. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled by the payment provider.

Cancellation, refunds and account deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@unplainmedia.com from the email address on your account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law or agreed by Unplain Media.

Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Account deletion is a separate request.

To delete your account, email info@unplainmedia.com from the email address on your account. Your workspace content and personal data are then permanently deleted after 7 days. During those 7 days you can contact us to stop the deletion.

Billing records are excluded from the 7-day deletion. Invoices, payment records and accounting records are retained to meet Cyprus and EU tax, VAT and accounting obligations and for the establishment or defence of legal claims, as described in our Privacy Policy. These records do not include payment card details, which we never store.

AI assistants and the ChatGPT connection (MCP)

The Service offers an optional connection that lets you use AI assistants such as ChatGPT with your Hub account through our MCP server. Connecting is optional and requires your explicit authorisation and sign-in.

Through this connection, an AI assistant can view your recent posts and business profiles and create or schedule draft content on your behalf, always within your existing Hub permissions. It cannot approve or publish content, change billing, or access businesses you do not have access to.

Content created or scheduled through an AI assistant is treated exactly like content you create yourself: you are responsible for reviewing it before it is approved and published. You can disconnect the AI assistant at any time from ChatGPT or by contacting us.

Subscriptions and AI usage limits

AI generation is metered and subject to usage allowances. Workspaces have daily and monthly limits that may warn and then stop generation when reached. Allowances and limits may change as the Service evolves.

Unplain Media may adjust limits, pricing or features with reasonable notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, branding and software, is owned by Unplain Media and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to the Service beyond a limited, revocable licence to use it.

Unplain Hub, Unplain Media and associated marks are trademarks of Unplain Media. Do not use them without permission.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, accounts or the Service with reasonable notice. Maintenance, updates and third-party dependencies may cause downtime.

Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. Unplain Media may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your account is inactive, or for business or security reasons.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Your data may be removed subject to retention needs described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted or that generated content will be accurate or suitable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unplain Media and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, content or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to your consumer rights to use local courts where applicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, contact Unplain Media through the support options in your workspace or at info@unplainmedia.com.
